What Our Clients Ask Most

1. Why is parking lot striping important?

Well-marked lines keep your property safe and organized. Professional striping improves traffic flow, maximizes parking capacity, ensures ADA and Fire Code compliance, and enhances the overall curb appeal of your business.

2. How often should I restripe my parking lot?

Most lots need restriping every 12 to 24 months, depending on traffic volume, weather conditions, and the type of paint used. High-traffic or sun-exposed areas may require more frequent maintenance to keep markings visible and compliant.

3. What materials are used for parking lot striping?

Latex paint works great for both asphalt and concrete and dries quickly.

Oil-based paint provides longer durability but is not suitable for asphalt surfaces.
The choice depends on surface type, temperature, and project needs.

4. What are the ADA requirements for parking lot striping?

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires every commercial property to include a specific number of accessible parking spaces, proper signage, and correct dimensions for each stall, including van-accessible spots.
You can learn more here: ADA Parking Guidelines.

5. How long does parking lot paint take to dry?

Most paints dry to the touch within 15–30 minutes, and are ready for traffic after 45–60 minutes. Dry time can vary depending on the brand, paint type, temperature, and thickness of application.

6. How do you prepare estimates?

We provide estimates through several reliable methods:

Blueprints or site plans when available.

Approximate estimates based on clear and measurable photos or videos.

On-site evaluations for projects located within 12 miles of Irving, TX.
Each estimate is carefully prepared to reflect the actual scope of work, materials, and conditions of your property.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online payment system powered by Stripe. This allows our clients to make fast, safe, and hassle-free payments directly from their phone or computer.
